About the role

As a Supervisory Health Scientist, you will: Serve as the Director for the CDC Office of Public Health Ethics and Regulations (OPHER). Serve as advising the OS Director, CIO Associate Directors and Deputy Directors for Science (ADS), CDC Director, Directors of the various CIOs, and other governmental and non-governmental agencies and departments about policy, research, and programmatic directions of the agency as they relate to scientific integrity activities. Direct and manage the operations of the Office of Public Health Ethics and Regulations with primary responsibility for providing leadership and guidance for planning, managing, and evaluating the programs of the Office. Maintain continuous crucial reviews of all policy and project objectives of the Office and ensure that overall program plans are carried out as efficiently and effectively as possible with maximum utilization of resources.
