He/she/they work closely with the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) lead (e.g., primary care provider), nurse care manager, and all primary care interdisciplinary team members to provide consultation, therapeutic counseling, and mental health support for mild-to-moderate cases. PCMHI psychologists diagnose mental disorders, conduct brief psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments, treat mental health disorders through a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities and provide adjunctive interventions for treatment of medical disorders.
