Supervisory Budget Analyst

Serving as an authority on all aspects of financial management, analysis, and resource utilization and as a technical advisor on matters having financial or budgetary implications. Working as a department head with Institute and CC leadership in all areas of responsibility and in a staff advisory capacity on policy and long range program planning. Leading all activities required to develop annual NIH CC budget development templates, instructions, guidance, timelines, etc. for CC departments to develop their annual budget and FTE requests. Leading all activities required to rebase and distribute the annual NIH CC department/cost center budgets. Developing and reviewing departmental costs. Supervising staff in the planning, coordination and review of financial operations, budgetary formulation, presentation and execution, and charge/service master management.
