Management Analyst (Travel Concierge)

Serve as the dedicated point of contact and travel liaison for CMS political appointees and SES members, coordinating all aspects of official domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, rental cars, rail, and other transportation. Research pertinent statutes, regulations, and Comptroller General Decisions to provide guidance to CMS staff, HHS, and other Federal agencies relevant to travel policy and practices. Coordinate with appropriate parties to reconcile data maintained in government-wide travel systems and review reports for accuracy and completeness. Provide formal and informal oral presentations and training to CMS staff and other entities across the agency regarding Federal travel regulations, agency travel policies and procedures, and travel updates. Independently identify and resolve problems relating to travel operations for political appointees and SES members and refer complex problems to the supervisor for disposition.
