About the role
If selected at the GS-09 level, the below responsibilities will be performed in a developmental capacity. Identify, coordinate, and resolve problems concerning the interrelations of material management, supply support and productivity. Develop and advise on and/or improve the effectiveness of work methods and procedures for manpower utilization, budgetary and financial management control. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate implementation of proposals for improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, and other Maritime industrial site performance critical data. Coordinate and prepare responses on external audits, inspections, or inquires related to Industrial Material Support and Planning Systems. Coordinate and provide training on changes in processes and procedures to personnel.
