GENERAL BUSINESS & INDUSTRY SPECIALIST

You will demonstrate expertise in organization management primarily focused on Manpower/Employee Development. You will manage the Cost and Schedule Analysis Department’s Library in compliance with DoD and Navy policy. You will develop business/technical analyses and/or participate in studies addressing complex problems. You will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, drawing conclusions, and developing recommendations associated with resource planning, training, security and safety, information technology, procurement, and space/facilities management. You will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, drawing conclusions, and developing recommendations associated with administrative functions associated with personnel management (e.g. recruiting, hiring, promotions, recognition, and resignations). You will establish and maintain performance metrics covering general business areas. You will work to improve Department business analysis methods, tools, databases, and processes.
