IT SPECIALIST (NETWORK)

You will serve as the primary organization telephone equipment technician, responsible for the administration, operation, and maintenance of analog telephone services, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services etc. You will serve as the primary liaison to internal, external, and adjacent agencies for all unified communication/voice related mailers, to include making recommendations regarding expansion/reduction of services, PRI circuits etc. You will ensure system and application availability 24/7 by overseeing infrastructure management, the maintenance of systems, telephony system planning, installation, operation, and maintenance, and technology upgrades.
