PROGRAM MANAGER (CHIEF OF STAFF)

You will supervise and evaluate all personnel in the Command Group and Principal and Special Staff members. You will be responsible for the efficient and timely coordination of major staff actions and events. You will direct and orchestrate meetings and conferences to ensure that stated and implied goals are achieved. You will establish program objectives, develop long range plans and identify required resources. You will review projects, reports, group and individual performance for consistency with policies and compliance with procedures and regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring an adequate Equal Employment Opportunity plan is in place and functioning.
