Provide authoritative guidance in high-level forums with foreign government officials, Combatant Commands, and other U.S. government agencies. Provide executive oversight for the Programs Branch, directing all activities related to the execution of complex non-standard security assistance programs. Provide authoritative guidance to subordinate team leaders, empowering them to manage complex and controversial FMS programs and processes. Guarantee the system's full compliance with the complex web of U.S. laws, federal acquisition regulations, and DoD/Army policies governing security assistance.
