Logistics Management Specialist

Manage the complete foreign military sales (FMS) development process for the organization. Serve as the Subject matter expert (SME) for foreign military sales development process for complex weapon systems and other cases. Develop new analytical methodologies to assess material readiness rates, total package approach, and life cycle costs for major weapon systems. Develop new policies, standard operating procedures, and training materials related to international logistics and FMS development. Deliver advanced training sessions for personnel across the command, ensuring critical knowledge transfer and standardization of complex processes. Represent the Command at inter-agency and international forums as a technical advocate for case development.
