Supervisory Paralegal Specialist

If selected for this position, you will serve as a Supervisory Paralegal Specialist with the United States Attorney's Office, Middle District of Tennessee. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Providing administrative and technical supervision to Paralegal Specialists and Legal Assistants in the Criminal Division. Serving as the principal advisor to the Criminal Chief regarding all administrative matters. Instructing and training support personnel by developing training plans, conducting on-the-job training, recommending formal training when needed, and providing back-up skills by cross training. Identifying developmental and training needs of employees and providing such development and training as necessary. Monitoring work to ensure high quality of work and deadlines are met.
