<p><strong>Director of Sales, New Business</strong></p> <p><strong>About the Position</strong></p> <p>The Director of Sales, New Business is responsible for all new business sales activities within the Land Sales team. This role drives growth for Showpad  by leading, developing, and scaling a team of Account Executives focused on net-new logo acquisition. The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise sales individual contributor,  ideally with a background in martech or sales enablement, who has stepped into team leadership and is ready to take their management career to the next level.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver ARR (bookings) goals for your team in a predictable and scalable way, with a primary focus on new logo acquisition.</li> <li>Drive balanced performance across the team (80% of reps at 80%+ of goal).</li> <li&
