Health Application Services Office Supervisory Lead (O-6 Billet) Supervisory

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises and manages a multidisciplinary team responsible for implementing and leading initiatives associated with the IHSC EHR system portfolio. Exercises independent judgment and decision-making authority in managing HASO operations, including prioritizing projects, allocating resources, and resolving operational issues related to the EHR system portfolio. Oversees major EHR project restructuring, including system upgrades, fixes, and enhancements; assesses progress, identifies key milestones, and addresses project delays. Develops operational plans and policies necessary to achieve IHSC EHR system strategic objectives and goals. Work closely with the Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Program Manager, Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), Operations and Management (O&M), and EHR development teams to ensure contractual requirements, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) items and Change Requests (CRs) are met.
