Supervisory Recreation Specialist (Community Center Manager)

Responsible for the management of all aspects of the Community Center operation. Plans, manages, and executes a variety of innovative and needs-based quality of life programs and services IAW DAFI requirements. Manages program scheduling and coordinates with other activities and related agencies to avoid conflicts. Evaluates the effectiveness of ongoing programs and services from the standpoint of participation, resources, and program after-action evaluations. Collaborates with Marketing in developing effective strategies to promote programs and services and maximize participation through FSS web pages, social media platforms, and other methods. Works closely with the Operations Manager (Zeppelin's Food and Beverage) operations pertaining to catering and lounge services that are provided within the facility.
