About the role
Summary: The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to Maintenance Training Flight. As Chief, Maintenance Training Flight, plans, organizes, directs, and provides overall managerial supervision to the Maintenance Group (MXG) Training Program for the MXG Commander, who establishes overall program implementation processes to achieve objectives through the supervision and management of the Maintenance Training Device (MTD), Training Management/Formal Schools, Scheduling, Maintenance Qualification Training Program (MQTP), and MXG Unit Training Managers. Duties Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 305th Maintenance Group, ensuring that 305th Maintenance Training Flight complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
