HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Manages daily work associated with the operations and utilization of privatized housing. Acts as liaison between property management, tenants, PO and all applicable agencies in support of the project. Manages all aspects of housing assistance to ensure that housing assistance provided complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Performs financial analysis of installation housing privatization project and housing operations and maintenance (O&M) accounts using financial statements, budgets, historical data, and personal research.
