About the role
The duties and responsibilities for a Supervisory Program Management Specialist (Deputy Director), GS-0301-15 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Oversee the design, development, continuous improvement, and implementation of the Executive Correspondence (EC) and Policy and Regulatory Clearance (PRC) functions. Determine strategies for achieving programmatic objectives and analyzes problems requiring the development of creative and pioneering solutions. Assist the Director, ORMP, by providing leadership and overseeing all functions of the Executive Secretariat (ES) program. Perform the administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised. Provide advice and guidance to the ORMP Director and to subordinate staff on broad projects and programs within Department of Justice.
