About the role

We’re looking for a VIP Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with KAST's highest-value customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, tailored support, and access to exclusive experiences. This role combines relationship management, customer success, community building, and event coordination. Responsibilities Build and maintain trusted relationships with KAST's VIP customers and key accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP inquiries, issues, and escalations.
