As an Energy Industry Analyst, some of your typical work assignments may include: Conducting technical and policy analysis of tariff, rate, and market rule matters and keeps the Commission abreast of various developmental and operational issues. Coordinating the resolution of multi-faceted and complex problems and issues raised during the process of preparing and reviewing electric market and policy decisions. Independently preparing and supporting well-reasoned technical recommendations related to the electric utility industry and ensures the timely completion of written results of high quality. Leading, mentoring, and coordinating teams of economists, engineers, accountants, and attorneys in conducting integrated technical, legal, and policy analyses.
