Management Analyst

Serves as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for assigned contracts and coordinates contractual issues with contracting officers and Departmental representatives. Develops innovative logistics support strategies and tactics for acquiring services and/or materials. Provides authoritative logistical manpower guidance and expert assistance to senior level managers within the Department on interpretation and formulation of technical, functional and program management strategies related to manpower management. Directs programs for assessment and evaluation of other logistics programs to determine need for improvements or re-direction within the mission area.
