About the role
Advises supervisors, managers, and bureau leadership on staffing strategies, organizational alignment, probationary period management, and compliance with huma capital policies and procedures. Independently resolves complex and unprecedented human capital management problems that are not susceptible to treatment by standard methods. Serves as primary point of contact for monitoring talent acquisition, workforce experience, and workforce strategy. Guides supervisors through case submissions, ensures accuracy of information provided through enterprise human capital systems, and monitors progression of recruitment classification actions. Represents the Human capital Division and serves as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders across the Department and engages with client bureaus and service providers to ensure consistent application of Department policies and procedures.
