Supervisory Accountant

As a Supervisory Accountant, you will: Supervise a workforce which is staffed primarily by accountants and/or accounting technicians. Direct, plan, assign, and determine priorities of work to be accomplished by subordinates, determine priorities, determine performance standards and evaluate performance of those directly supervised. Participate in the selection process, hear and resolve grievances and employee complaints, determine employee training needs, keep employees informed of management goals and objectives, and ensure that occupational safety, health, equal employment opportunity, and internal control principles, policies and procedures are complied with.
