In this position you will provide regional support of the workforce and leadership through behavioral health prevention and other various incident responses, consultations, and training. for leader development, organizational behavior management, employee engagement and resilience. In this role, you will fortify CBP's workforce and leadership by collaborating with all CBP offices, CBP employees, supervisors, and other partners by addressing challenges, opportunities, and programs for the CBP workforce. This position starts at a salary of $137,123.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $178,265.00 (GS-14, Step 10).
