SUPERVISORY RECREATION ASSISTANT (OUTDOOR RECREATION)

Assists the Manager in the development of recreational activities. Promotes, organizes, schedules, and conducts programs, facility maintenance, special events, and daily staff activities. Leads or oversees programs and outings to include ensuring completion of after action reports. Conducts or ensures classes and lessons are conducted. Responsible for effective marketing and publicity for all programs/activities to ensure maximum participation. In conjunction with the manager, establishes financial goals commensurate with market analysis of area or region. Assists in surveillance over budget projections versus expenditures and evaluates and monitors facility use and personnel expenses and payroll, maintenance, and supply costs to maintain profitability.
