HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY)

The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as Chief, Customer Support in administering all aspects of the section. This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position. Additionally, trains Reservists in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein. DUTIES: DUTY 1: Plans, directs, and controls all aspects of the Customer Support programs for both Active Guard Reserve (AGR) and unit reservists. Responsible for the development of internal policies and procedures governing administration of the Customer Support programs to include: Wing Individualized Newcomers Treatment and Orientation (INTRO) program. DUTY 2: Administers actions in Automated Reserve Orders Writing System-Reserves (AROWS-R). Monitors and takes appropriate action to clear military personnel hard-holds. As required, creates orders and modifications for section personnel. DUTY 3: Serves as advisor to commanders on Human Resources (military) programs. DUTY 4: Provides Human Resources management (military) advisory service
