Management & Program Analyst

This position allows you to use your knowledge and expertise as an analyst and advisor to management on organization aspects of the assigned mission requiring the application of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to assess complex management and program processes and systems. This position starts at a salary of $102,415.00 (GS-12, Step 1) to $133,142.00 (GS-12, Step 10). As a Management and Program Analyst, you will analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations on major segments of administrative programs for operational effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. Duties and responsibilities include: Analyzing and evaluating program data, business processes, and internal controls to identify impediments, redundancies, risks, and deficiencies; and formulating recommendations, optimization strategies, and corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Planning, conducting, and participating in special studies and management reviews of administrat
