SUPERVISORY FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST - TITLE 32

As a Supervisory Facilities Operations Specialist (Program Management), GS-1640-12, you will: Manage funds to support the maintenance and repair program. Identify requirements, and develop and recommend operating budgets for maintenance, repair, and operations and maintenance minor construction programs. Develop and implement management control policies and procedures. Approve operating budget requests for fixed assets and consumable inventory. Receive, investigate, and verify installation maintenance requests to determine propriety and approves all requests for maintenance and repair. Provide policy guidance in development of program documents and informational data to support the long range maintenance program and the total construction program, which includes the development of program scope documents. Oversee the development of planning documents to determine general characteristics of projects by applying technical criteria outlined in related NGB publications and regulations. Dir
