SUPERVISORY HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will provide guidance and direction to various team members during privatization efforts to develop plans, timelines, strategies and policies. You will provide leadership and administrative supervision including: planning, scheduling, assigning work, evaluating and comparing the specific privatized efforts. You will participate in the development of procedures and policies to assure integration of the activities with other Joint Base and other base organization functions You will Plans review, coordinates implementing engineering and financial strategies, and procedures for the planning, development, acquisition, and execution of private sector initiatives. You will ensure safe, affordable, quality housing for target tenants, Air Force and Navy military families, through private sector financing via field observations and evaluations of developer performance.
