Supervisory Nurse (Clinical/Ambulatory)

Provide the full range of supervisory duties to include personnel and resource management comprised of coordinating staffing support, scheduling, hiring, and enforcement of performance standards. Advise senior leadership on nursing matters; reviews, recommend changes, and assist in the development of regulations, procedures, and other matters. Evaluate work performance and productivity; make decisions on training needs and requests by nursing and ancillary staff. Serve as a clinic nursing subject matter expert and perform direct patient nursing care as needed. Direct and educate staff about organizational policies and initiatives. Explain work requirements, methods, procedures, and instruct subordinates in new procedures and provide advice and guidance when problems arise, or assignments involve new or complex technologies.
