MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Provides oral and written guidance on new work methods and organizational structures. Briefs the command staff on productivity and performance during monthly meetings. Attends annual planning seminars to address issues related to the Performance Plan. Provides training and instruction to personnel on data collection and maintenance procedures. Works with appropriate personnel to correct identified deficiencies and develops operational guidance.
