Management Analyst

Serves as the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Force Structure and Organizational Systems Integrator. Develops, coordinates and integrates force structure issues and decisions during the Plan Process and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES) process. Assigns and reviews work for technical accuracy, provides detailed mentorship for assigned trainees, and acts as primary DCMA liaison to Officer of the Director of Administration and Management on all force structure and optimization initiatives Provides force structure input to the Fourth Estate Manpower Tracking System (FMTS) ensuring a correct presentation between DCMA and Fourth Estate and manpower statistics.
