SUPERVISORY PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of employees of the HQ RIO Orders Writers Cell (OWC), ensuring the OWC meets customer needs for timely and effective orders and complies with all financial, legal and regulatory requirements. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Provides advice, guidance, and direction on a wide range of financial management, orders writing and administrative issues. Represents HQ RIO with a variety of host installation and functional area organizations as well as other installations where employees are assigned.
