Project Management Assistant NF-03

Assist the DFMWR Project Manager with special projects for the enhancement of MWR programs. Assist with development and administration plans based on marketing surveys, staff studies, and short and long range program plans. Serve as the Strategic Planning Coordinator and provide assistance and information, answers questions, and receives complaints in support of the Interactive Customer Satisfaction (ICE) System. Compiles and track reports, suspense's; makes required changes to procedures and recommends changes to policy. Validates operational workload data and accumulate and provide statistical analysis in the form of charts and narratives, as required. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
