Supervisory Auditor

Manages one or more teams of auditors in the planning and execution of audits, and conducts and documents timely supervisory review to ensure products achieve desired results, satisfy audit objectives, and meet standards. Prepares or oversees the development of project proposals documenting future audit plans. Prepares or oversees the preparation of timely, understandable, professional and convincing reports. Participates in, and briefs, management and key officials on critical management issues. Supervises staff; overseeing or directly assigning work; rating, rewarding, holding employees accountable for performance through timely and constructive feedback.
