About the role
Participates in developing radiation safety policies and procedures for the organization. Reviews, advises, and provides guidance on the full range of radiation safety matters related to the organization. Advise on all physical, mechanical, electrical, computer, automation and radiation safety aspects. Oversee and analyze quality control testing of radiation; detecting and measuring equipment. Perform all required studies, testing and analysis of imagery acquisition and delivery systems are functioning at optimum level. Investigate malfunctions and operational difficulties and formulate solutions and corrective actions.
