Serve as the definitive authority on procurement integrity for high-value and sensitive source selection processes. Direct litigation supports strategies and discovery production for proceedings before federal boards and commissions. Manage specialized legal portfolios, including FOIA, Civil Liberties, the Trademarks Program, and the General Counsel budget.
