Supervisory Realty Specialist

Influence the resourcing of projects and teams for a Leasing Division. Monitors performance against established measures and makes appropriate recommendations or changes in program area(s) that balance customer needs, financial performance and sound technical judgment in the realty occupation supervised. Establishes internal policies, procedures and controls to ensure uniformity and consistency in real estate practices among all cognizant organizations working through supervisory real estate contracting officer team leaders. Provides advice and assistance to realty contracting officials on handling unique procurement problems, developing acquisition strategies, innovative solutions, and source selection procedures. Identifies and assigns workload and resources to subordinates, balances workload among subordinates and establishes overall priorities and specific goals and objectives to be achieved.Track progress and quality of performance.
