About the role
Major duties include: Develops effective and timely change management solutions aligning business results with operational outcomes. Conducts formal and informal presentations to justify and defend administrative aspects of mission critical programs. Document program inconsistencies and/or anomalies and prepare management reports and recommendations to resolve issues. Independently leads major programs or projects including work on all phases of development from project initiation through post-implementation. Conducts business improvement through the execution and promotion of lean, efficient methodologies aimed at continuous improvement and elimination of waste.
