Product Manager, Conversation Intelligence

The Position We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our Conversation Intelligence product suite. This role involves defining roadmap for a product that leverages AI and machine learning to provide deep, actionable insights from customer conversations, including AI-generated call transcripts, summaries, and sentiment analysis. The goal is to empower small businesses and agencies to better understand their customers, identify pain points, recognize opportunities, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience driving the end-to-end development and launch of sophisticated data and AI-powered analytics products. They will possess exceptional analytical skills and a track record of using data to inform product decisions and demonstrate clear ROI.They must be passionate about building relat
