About the role
You will: Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the organizational unit to ensure they comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customers' needs. Exercise supervisory responsibilities to foster an environment that empowers employees to participate in and contribute to mission success. Represent the organization to internal and external stakeholders by building effective working relationships, analyzing issues that affect the organization, and recommending appropriate actions. Serve as a technical advisor on issues pertaining to air pollution associated with the oil, gas, and coal sectors by planning and/or reviewing specific problems, programs, and policies to develop new or improved techniques and solutions.
