Supervisory Management and Program Analyst

As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst GS-0343-15 your typical work assignments may include the following under supervision: Manage complex program evaluations of programs or policies in accordance with quality standards. Oversee advanced methodologies to identify areas of improvement in economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of EPA operations. Oversee the production of evaluation reports that meet quality standards and convey findings and recommendations in a clear and convincing manner. Perform the full range of managerial and supervisory responsibilities, with authority over administrative, programmatic, and personnel matters for select staff in their assigned area. Assist office leadership in strategic planning, work-force planning, and staff development and performance management. Help build and maintain capacity for oversight of EPA's use of infrastructure funds.
