Program Manager (Operations Manager)

Serves as an Operations Manager for Federal Prison Industries, Inc. (UNICOR), a wholly owned federal Government Operation. This position will provide administration and supervisory oversight for several factories. Each Operations Manager will be responsible for the industrial and quality operations at 2 or more facilities as designated by the Business Group's General Manager or Department Branch Chief as assigned. Integrates the functional areas of Federal Prison Industries (FPI) as they relate to UNICOR products and their customers. Manages the planning, administration, supervision, review and evaluation of an extremely varied combination of performance objectives to meet the customers' requirement. Facilitates conformance of all functional areas to established requirements which enable FPI to meet the end users' delivery.
