Supervisory Aviation Technical Systems Specialist

The incumbent of this position is responsible for providing leadership, guidance and oversight for the full range of AFS programs and business activities by driving collective results. Responsible for managing the development of the Service's strategic direction selling measurable outcomes and adjusting resources as necessary to meet goals and objectives within targeted timeframes. The incumbent is also responsible for the planning, formulation, implementation, administration and evaluation of a variety of AFS programs and projects. This includes directing a cohesive leadership team that sets clear strategic direction, assures alignment across all organizational functions and programs, and fosters commitment to the values, principles, and objectives of the organization.
