HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT)

1. Process the full range of personnel actions accessions, separations, competitive and non-competitive placement actions. 2. Recruits and/or refers candidates for a variety of clerical, technical, and/or skilled and semi-skilled positions. 3. Provides staffing information to management, employees, and applicants. 4. Performs the full range of technical support work for the team assigned, such as troubleshooting the accuracy of personnel data, etc. 5. Verifies employee resumes.
