Inclusion Program Manager (NYC)

Based in New York and reporting to the Manager of Inclusion, you’ll be focused on building and sustaining programs that promote belonging at Datadog. As an Inclusion Program Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to drive a more inclusive culture - strengthening how we work and how we grow as a business. This role primarily leads our 8 Community Guilds (Datadog’s Employee Resource Groups), and will work closely with Community Guild Co-Leads, leadership and senior stakeholders. In addition, this role will support company wide Inclusion events and initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional partners.
