SUPERVISORY ESL INSTRUCTOR

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of assigned ESL instructors, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements under the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of State (DoS), the Defense Language Organization (DLO), the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), the United States Air Force (USAF), Air Education and Training Command (AETC) and all military services while meeting customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents DLIELC with a variety Department of Defense (DoD), Department of State (DoS), U.S. Air Force, installation and functional area organizations. Plans and manages all aspects of academic training for students assigned to ensure optimum training and student progress. Serves as an ESL expert for instructors.
