About the role

You will serve as an advisor to management in all stages of disciplinary and adverse actions, Employee Relations and provide input on decisions which have an impact on overall HR policy at serviced commands. You serve as a “troubleshooter" or "consultant" to management on all Employee and Labor Relations (ER/LR) issues, resolve controversial, complex problems, provide authoritative assistance and solutions to novel and obscure problems/issues. You will coordinate and/or prepare responses to external program review findings and recommendations regarding sensitive issues and assist the supervisor in conducting internal assessments of the ER/LR functional program.
