HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR RELATIONS/EMPLOYEE RELATIONS)

You will serve as an advisor to management in all stages of disciplinary and adverse actions, Employee Relations and provide input on decisions which have an impact on overall HR policy at serviced commands.
