MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as the deputy analyst for leading C2F’s continuous effort of assessment planning that is aligned with the commander’s mission, intent, guidance, and operational plans. You will collaborate with C2F leadership to provide the staff with the ability to analyze operational objectives, effects and tasks, and design and execute rigorous assessments of operations at the Operational Level of War (OLW). You will collaborate with operational planners, intelligence counterparts, and subordinate commands to gather qualitative and quantitative data for a data collection plan that informs assessments. You will assist in analyzing large datasets and qualitative information to produce data-driven insights and recommendations that communicate effects assessment and risk assessment. You will prepare and deliver clear, concise and impactful assessment products (briefings, reports, papers) to Flag-level leadership.
