Growth Product Marketing Manager

About the Role We’re hiring a Growth Product Marketing Manager to help drive growth across key parts of Chime’s member funnel. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to identify opportunities, execute experiments, and improve the member experience from acquisition through activation. Growth Marketing Managers at Chime combine strong marketing fundamentals with a data-driven mindset. You’ll use research, experimentation, and performance insights to help optimize growth initiatives, improve conversion, and contribute to business goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning through experimentation, and making a measurable impact on member growth. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $131,000.00 and up to $181,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, co
