SUPERVISORY HR SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION)

You will evaluate, identify, implement and link HR products to ensure cohesive products and services are provided across the BUMED organization. You will serve as the Principal Classifier and Classification and Compensation Program Manager for BUMED HRO. You will technically and administratively supervise and manage a team of HR Specialists. You will lead command management assessments to determine the state and effectiveness of HR programs and services throughout Navy Medicine. You will participate in long term strategic planning for the BUMED HRO identifying short-term and long-term compensation and classification direction.
